Shipping

  • We ship all orders from our HQ in Cornwall. Your package will be dispatched the next working day after ordering.

    Royal Mail has the lowest reported carbon footprint per delivery out of all UK postage providers.

  • Sorry, not currently. We are working on a solution that allows us to ship elsewhere without overburdening our small company with tax/customs admin and such.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your package has left us. If it has been more than two business days since you ordered, and you don’t have a shipping confirmation (check your junk first), please email us at help@dream-te.ch and we’ll get on the case ASAP.

Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 28 days of delivery. Item(s) must be unused/unopened with original tags and packaging, unless a Moneyback Guarantee applies.

    Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless a Moneyback Guarantee applies or the item is defective.

  • Returns must be initiated within 28 days of delivery. To start a return please send an email to help@dream-te.ch with the following information.

    1. Your name and order number.

    2. The name and quantity of items for return. Item(s) must be unused with original tags and packaging. If an item is defective, include a description and photos of the defect.

    3. Please kindly allow our help team up to 2 working days to respond.

    4. When you receive your return label, please package the items securely and ship the order back to us within 5 working days for your return to be authorised.

    If the product was purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly for support.

AutoSupply

  • AutoSupply orders renew on the same day every month, and ship the following business day.

    Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged the same amount each month.

    If you need any help, or want to skip a delivery/change your renewal date in any way, email help@dream-te.ch with details and we’ll help you promptly.

    Please note that if your first order was on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, your renewal date will change when the month doesn't have a corresponding date. For example, if your first order was on 31st March, it would renew on 30th April.

  • If you don’t want to continue with AutoSupply, you can cancel at any time.

    Just log in with the account details you set up at the time of ordering, click Subscriptions, and select the AutoSupply you wish to cancel.

    Please note, unfortunately you can’t skip a delivery or change renewal dates within your account, but we can easily do it for you - just fill out this quick form.
