The front visor encases your eyes in a puff of Organic Silk, and the jumbo strap prevents the slippage and snagging associated with thin, elastic, or velcro straps. The mini-pocket keeps your earplugs tucked away safe from AM to PM.
Three layers of sustainably-sourced padding ensure the perfect level of light-tightness to block 100% of stray moonbeams, premature sunrises, or pesky LED light from bedroom devices. This is the sleep deepening mask of dreams.
The FaceCloud™ is handmade in London, England. Our unique sandwich construction consists of:
Bluesign certified 100% Organic Mulberry Silk Charmeuse of the finest available calibre (6A grade).
A blackout layer of deadstock TENCEL twill which has been rescued from landfill or incineration.
Two layers of OEKO-Tex Certified 100% Lyocell padding, which is bacteria-inhibiting and biodegradable in the ground after approximately 60 days.
A third layer of 100% recycled polycotton padding.
Over the course of one year of ownership, a FaceCloud™ costs £0.20 per night.

In March 2023, the Oxford Academic journal SLEEP published a multi-year study that found wearing a sleep mask increased slow wave sleep and subsequent daytime alertness, and improved cognitive performance and reaction times. The researchers say sleep masking could lead to measurable positive impacts on everyday life.
We found this out, set out to find a good one to use ourselves, and were met with a sea of overpriced, boujie Chinese imports, marked up by more than 10 times the cost of production, with a total disregard for responsible sourcing and manufacture. So we set out to make the best, most functional, responsible, dreamiest sleep mask we could possibly imagine.

The FaceCloud™ is robustly constructed by highly skilled garment makers in London, and it is made of fine grade silk. To look after it, only hand wash using silk/delicate detergent and warm water. After rinsing thoroughly, gently squeeze out excess water and allow to air dry.

We ship all orders from our HQ in Cornwall, UK. Currently, we only ship to the UK due to post-Brexit tax complexities.
