Protect your peepers by wearing anytime after sunset when using screens. You should find it easier to switch off and sleep. :)
Bear in mind that screen use also stimulates our brains by flooding them with information and thoughts, not just with blue light. But SnoozeGlasses are a great tool on nights when bedtime screens just can’t be avoided.
