Ingredients: L-Glycine (Amino Acid), Organic Raw Cacao Powder, MCT Oil Powder, Organic Carob Powder, Organic Reishi, Organic Ashwagandha Root Powder, Blue Passionflower Extract 4:1, Chamomile Extract 4:1, Griffonia Seed Powder.

  • Up to an hour before bedtime, add 13g (roughly a heaped tablespoon) of MoonBrew™ to a mug with a dash of your fave warmed/frothed milk. Mix to a smooth paste, then top up with 200ml more milk while continuing to stir. Use a mini-whisk if you have one. 🌀
